Because of inconsistent window dragging behavior for Linux distros, dragging was not possible on some machines as described in #229
On macos, it was not possible to resize toolwindows without borders.
This fixes this issue by handling Toolwindows similar to document windows, activating full system decorations.
In my opinion, we should merge this and check in the future if it's possible to fix this in a better way.
