state/aurora-serverless-postgres does not accept Min/MaxCapacity = 1 (min=2) #477

TemplateID: state/aurora-serverless-postgres

The template is configured so that Min/MaxCapacity may be set to 1. This is not permitted for postgres (but is for MySQL).

good catch. looks like the upper values are also different for postgres.
