actions/setup-node with cache: yarn caches Yarn's global cache instead of the installed packages in the local working directory, e.g. node_modulesas described.

Looks like it's a standard way, however, running yarn install takes about 40~50secs even with the global cache, so caching node_modules can also be an option if it introduces a drastic improvement.
