Define the HTTPS state of the response for navigating to javascript: URLs #945

Right now the HTTPS state of the response that is created on navigating to a javascript: URL is not defined.

(Looks like the text "Let result be the result of running the classic script script." should also be "Let result be the result of running the classic script script source.")

(Seems easier to fix this all in one PR. No need for this to be a
distinct commit either imo.)

Added a fix to #1107. I think @domenic already addressed the second thing you mentioned.
