Этот PR устраняет "прилипание" блока статей "Ещё" к футеру на размерах экрана 800-1024 (fix #272) и немного рефакторит стили с связанных блоках.
Другую часть issue, связанную с переполнением, нужно решать в рамках этой задачи #139.
