We turned off the Netlify preview builds for Scope - they have been broken for quite a while. Docs are still pulled into
https://www.weave.works/docs/scope/latest/, but from what I can see there's nothing much required on our end for this to keep working.In this PR I'm removing the bits necessary for the preview build. Not sure if anything else is missing there.
