Also upgrades
ui-componentsfromv0.4.18tov0.4.36. That's a big bump but only weaveworks/ui-components#123, weaveworks/ui-components#113 and weaveworks/ui-components#129 have changed the components used by Scope. Out of them, only the last one (changing the circular loader appearance) will have a visible effect in Scope.
