eclipse was used and the following plugs were added
Kotlin Plugin for Eclipse 0.8.18
Gradle IDE Pack 3.8.x+1.0.x+2.2.x (seem to install all sorts of other gradle plugins)
could not get to run however, within eclipse
Error: Could not find or load main class com.wgoldman.kotlin.KotlinApplicationKt
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.wgoldman.kotlin.KotlinApplicationKt

Could get to run from command line
to build from command line run
gradlew clean build
to run from command line run above, then run
gradlew bootrun

app access points
http://localhost:8080/configServerReport <== the result of this page depends on data existing on local machine at
	C://pace/gitsb/config-server/ as is hardcoded in ConfigServerService.kt
		Improvement 1: could we use http to access the config server itself

http://localhost:8080 - brings up blog page (has title and header Blog, text field for comment, save button which is not operable)
	Improvement 2: have this page post to saveComment below (may need ajax or some sort)

http://localhost:8080/saveComment - without above improvement need to use post client to access, pass body of { "comment":"helloworld" }
	returns html page with title and header of livehelloworld

http://localhost:8080/persons
	shows a grid of persons, 2 are stubbed, 1 is stored in a file in github
