It's a best practice to use
.dist.So the user can create a
phpunit.xml, if he need to test new things, without touch the .dist file.If don't exist
phpunit.xml, it'll usephpunit.xml.dist.Add
/tests/andphpunit.xml.distto.gitattributes.So they are not included in the zip, for use in production.
