(v3/linux): Add Taskfile template entry for run:linux #3146

Description

In the same vein as #3126, this PR adds a run:linux entry to the templater.

Locally, I created a Wails 3 project on my Linux desktop and found wails3 dev fell over due to it missing so I added it and it successfully spun up a dev server.

How Has This Been Tested?

I ran wails3 dev locally and the task was successfully found, resulting in a dev server booting up
