Wiki Reorg: Add NFT Projects

@DrW3RK @CrackTheCode016 I propose to move nft projects to a dedicated page and leave the Introduction to NFTs just for introducing the topic and add how nfts work on Polkadot. Projects might grow and expand over time, IMO it is a good thing they have their own dedicated page (also for better navigation).

Depending on how much content there is on the NFT projects page, we might want to think about creating dedicated pages for each project later on. What do you think?

@filippoweb3 Yes, I was thinking this initially. We could even do it now, although I am unsure if there is enough info to justify a dedicated page for each.
