Model Loader API, keep as tentative or remove from scope? #38

The current charter denotes the Model Loader API as a tentative deliverable.

If there's no interest to continue this work, we should make this explicitly a WebML CG deliverable and remove this API from the WG charter scope.

since there is no longer short term plan to take this up in the WG, I would support removing it from the WG charter
