This PR takes docs from vuestorefront/sdk repo (private) and puts them into this repo. This is because this repo is the new home for the SDK package, and the old one will be archived sometime soon.
vuestorefront/middleware will share the same fate but its docs didn't need to be migrated, because the /middleware repo has no docs of its own. I just kept what was already present in this repo (merged in with Matt's changes)
