This patch add support for xnsub when using cgminer with NiceHash servers.

It'll never be included since it's a major security hole to add to cgminer that also hides what it is doing - it never logs it.
No pool should ever use it, since if they did it would literally be to steal hashes from the miner and send them to some other account without them knowing - that is literally what it does
