When SELINUX is enabled the cache_dir and port are given the correct SELINUX context (fcontext & port) Only works on RedHat and families
digging up almost a two year old issue ;) |

The selinux context of cache directory should/could be set.
Certainly on CentOS 7 it is squid_cache_t , make the value a configuration also.
