rspec-puppet 1.0.0 was released a few days ago.
This PR fixes a deprecation in the latest version, and adds a few new tests thanks to the new matchers in the new version. Forces rspec-puppet 1.0.1+ since the first release had a bug which caused a bunch of tests to fail.
