Pin to compatible version of cwise-compiler (<=1.1.0), ref GH-11

Versions after 1.1.0 added array shape equality test:
scijs/cwise-compiler@77fc925
which fails in voxel-mesher because of chunk padding (34**3 vs 36**3).
Stay on the older version for now, until #11
