* Format dates using UTC when listing elections Otherwise they may be off by one day * Scale padding around clerk signature image according to density Otherwise the image gets shrunk to a very small size in higher density layouts. * Remove left/right language in instruction text * Regenerate HMPB fixtures * Update UWI detection test snapshots
