Vote Detail UI/UX revamp

The vote detail should be updated and improved to look like the design:

ToDo:

• The "<" (Back) icon should be secondary background
• Review and adapt all the font sizes, weights and colors.
• The "status" label (e.g: "Finished 20 days ago") should be smaller and adapt to the design
• The titles should go outside the box (Calendar, Voting link...)
• Change: "Voting results" and "Voting questions" to "Results" and "Questions"
• The "Results" and "questions" should have a smaller box, with shadow and text as the design.
• The "status" label should look like the design
• Review all the page and chage what needed. Unify with the rest of the design/pages
• If no description, add a gray text showing "No description"
• Check that the descriptions looks look and correctly applies the MD (links, lists, etc.)
