Handle pointer items in ObjectList with ChildReconciler (#480)

* Handle pointer items in ObjectList with ChildReconciler Canonically, Items in an ObjectList are a slice of structs. Some types, like Istio, use a slice of pointers intead. We now detect and handle both.
