Description

Improves user experience by making query results more readable. Converts most VARBINARY columns to VARCHAR for better readability and understanding.

Have looked into Vindexes , not using changed column , so no requirements for changing type.

The example takes care of the readability by providing an alias. There is no need to change the data type.
See

alias mysql="command mysql --no-defaults -h 127.0.0.1 -P 15306 --binary-as-hex=false"
