Issue: #375

  • Replace "vars_files" to "include_vars" to be able to override variables using set_fact
  • Add the Molecule tests for the Type C schema (Consul)
    • Set 'dcs_type' to either 'etcd' or 'consul' randomly in the converge.yml for tests
