Flu Splash - The Game

Made adjustments to the game:

1. Added Pause feature where the game will start initially as paused so the user doesn't die at the start without knowing what to do in the game.
2. Included sounds for collecting the correct flus and wrong flus.
3. Included a background music for better gameplay experience.
4. Made the game full screen for better gameplay view.
