Readme.md file is missing contributing information. It is written from which version of LabVIEW VI Tester could be used, but it is not stated, which version should be used for contributing.
From project file it is seen, that it is LabVIEW 2011... Is it LabVIEW 2011 SP1 32 bit, please?

Fixed wiki links.
Removed duplicate wiki information that is now more thoroughly explained in the wiki.
Start of a contributing section, it would be nice if JKI can complete this section to close issue vipm-io#14.
