removes the (misplaced) '=' in the check of the configured reserved space in the 'on_part_cfg_ok' function. This caused #1752

I have still this issue with ventoy-1.0.93. On Ubuntu mate 22.04. The disk is 2048GB. I want to use only 15GB. |
Can you provide if the ubuntu mate package uses QT or GTK? (this fix was only applicable to the GTK version) |

Mate doesn't use QT. It probably uses GTK. |
