Steps to reproduce

Media cache sizes can be negative if the total cache size in bytes overflows an Int, > 2147483647 bytes.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Open settings, general, and see the media cache size in MB.

What happened instead?

A negative value in MB is being displayed instead of the correct media cache size.
