Explore Rooms overflow menu - content update include "Create room"

What would you like to do?

Update the content in the overflow menu on the Explore Rooms screen. Currently reads "Add existing rooms and spaces" but users are able to create rooms here too.

Why would you like to do it?

In order to make new rooms easier to create in a Space

How would you like to achieve it?

Preferably lets make Add Rooms easier to find from the Explore Rooms screen. Maybe by adding Create new room to the Overflow tab, or changing the content of the existing menu.
