Instead of running rake release, we now use the GitHub action (https://github.com/varvet/pundit/actions/workflows/push_gem.yml) which effectively runs it for us.

This thing needs updating to reflect that: https://github.com/varvet/pundit/blob/main/.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE/gem_release_template.md
