plot output?

Sorry this is a question rather than an issue, but does the chess-hic CLI tool outputs any sort of plots, like in your example here https://github.com/vaquerizaslab/chess/blob/master/examples/dlbcl/example_analysis.ipynb?

I run chess pairs, sim, and extract commands with my data, but I don't see any accompanying plots for the gained or lost features. i only see the tables.

I think you can refer to the following link (https://chess-hic.readthedocs.io/en/latest/example_analysis.html#inspecting-the-results) and together with the jupyter notebook you mentioned to generate the figures you are interested.
