Purpose:
Adding the online registration link for Maryland to the exclude array... according to the site their online registration is closed and will not reopen until may 27, the url is currently giving a 503 status. The url is able to be visited - Click Here to verify.
I have set a reminder to check that the url is back up and will add it back to the test.
Also updating the GitHub action setup to install node from
v3tov4. The newest version does not includ steps that supportnode 16which has hit end of life.See table below for before and after. Note that before there was a flag that might cause issues in the future with a version that supported
node 16with the updated there should be no warning.
