Testing instructions

Test entering state abbreviations in search field to make sure the state shows up (example: "dc")
Test entering in "ca" to get state names that have words that start with "ca" California, North Carolina, South Carolina
Test entering in "ma" does not show words that don't start with "ma" like Oklahoma or Alabama
