VOTE-2591

Description

Edited state-page texts:
"Start or update your registration online"
"Voter registration deadlines are for the Tuesday, November 5, 2024 election."

Deployment and testing

Post-deploy steps

  1. run npm run build in votegov theme
  2. run lando retune

QA/Testing instructions

  1. Load up the local site
  2. Go to any registeration page (i.e. http://localhost:65492/register/alabama)
  3. Verify that these two sentences exist:
    "Start or update your registration online" (the word 'online' is present)
    "Voter registration deadlines are for the Tuesday, November 5, 2024 election." (the word 'are' is present)
