Description

Disable Navajo translation on production.

Deployment and testing

Post-deploy steps

1. Locally change line 189 in sites/settings.local.php to include $config['config_split.config_split.production']['status'] = TRUE;
2. Run drush cim

QA/Testing instructions

1. Review the site as a user and confirm that Navajo is not available in the language switcher located in the top right hand corner of the site.
2. Login as an administrator and goto /admin/config/regional/language and confirm that Navajo is marked as disabled.
