BREAKING CHANGE: `{From,TryFrom,Into}Proto` no longer each define an
associated type `Proto`, instead there is a supertrait `Proto` and the
aformentioned traits are now a bounds alias/ convenience over
`T: Proto + {From,TryFrom,Into}<T::Proto>`.
