Create a Select ALL for indicators

To create a select ALL in the strategy builder and the menu called "customized" strategy

Hi Ben, How are you? Long time no hear! Yes, we are minor using it, me specifically for a report. I've noticed it needed a "select all" apart from the "deselect all". I guess we have around 100 users, not major but nothing minor either :) Axis might be shut down when the RBM changes. They're fully redefining it this year at Global level,adding indicators and taking out some... so let's see.
