Raised issue 797 on UserForms but they say it is a problem of this module. Please refer to that thread for details.

Hello @digitall-it! Thank you for raising the issue and apologies it hasn't been responded to earlier.

Since the issue is outdated and we're now on Silverstripe CMS 4.12.0 and Display Logic 2.0.5, can you confirm the issue still persists when using the latest versions of the CMS and the module?
