Description
This adds explicit anchors to the Deploy settings, which are externally linked to from the Deploy management dashboard (shown below the Settings section):
We've updated the URLs in each (supported) Deploy major to include the version in the documentation links, so e.g.
https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-deploy/15.latest/getting-started/deploy-settings#excludedentitytypesis used (which now redirects to the current version without the15.latest, but once v16 is released, will keep linking to the documentation for that version).Type of suggestion

Deploy 10, 13, 14 and 15.

These anchors are already linked to from current Deploy releases, so this can be merged as soon as possible.
