Chore: add Mouse test util + update tests

Description

This PR adds a Mouse test util to make it easier to click on an element. When using the sendMouse helper from playwright we have to pass in the location coordinates. I have made a wrapper that takes an element and finds the center of the element instead.

This is how it currently works:

await mouse.leftClick(someElement);
