The user journey now completes with a commit to Breach and the SanctionsRegimesBreachThrough table. This is done when the summary page "Submit and Save" button is pressed.
The context data on the summary page is now displaying properly.
Example sanctions regimes added in a json. This was used to pre-populate the sanctions regimes table which is required before a commit to the Breach table can be completed.
Confirmation page is not rendering properly, but that can be handled in a separate task.
