Description

Some updates have been made to the master branch of ESCOMP/CDEPS. The develop branch of NOAA-EMC/CDEPS will be updated soon and the CDEPS component in ufs-weather-model will be updated at the same time.

Solution

The CDEPS component will point to the latest develop branch of NOAA-EMC/CDEPS after CDEPS PR #37 (NOAA-EMC/CDEPS#37) is merged.
