Expected behavior

WE2E tests work on WCOSS2

Current behavior

A WE2E test failed with:

04/02/23 01:00:07 UTC :: FV3LAM_wflow.xml :: ERROR: tag must contain a :ppn setting for each nodespec

  • WCOSS2
