Description

When logged out of WordPress, blocks that use WordPress' Dashicons, such as the Details Block, are "broken" (i.e., they show a placeholder square).

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Add a Details block to a page, select a custom marker icon, save page and view. If logged in, should look as intended. Log out of WordPress and refresh page. Marker does not look as intended.
