Responsive Table: Pinned Scrollable

Implementation ticket for the extension for Entity/Table that would provide for a Scrollable Table on smaller viewports.

An option should be provided for pinning the header columns to the left of the table.

@hyperboy raises let's start basic for scrolling - maybe just an overflow scroll to start

• where should we start?
• what should be plan to do eventually?

@hyperboy raises (and all agree) that we should target CSS-only solutions to start - that keeps the DOM structured and avoids the problem @lnicks raised

Renaming and refocusing this issue to specifically focus on a pinned, scrollable version of the table, where the header is pinned to the left.
