add info on linux distro

What Linux distro is BCE using? From poking around it looks like ubuntu. If one wanted something lighter weight, how would one modify the packer scripts to use, for example, lubuntu?

Hi Stephen,

The base distribution is currently Ubuntu 14.10 Server and is set in the
packer json,

Server releases are fairly small and we do not pull in Unity, GNOME, or
KDE. We do add Xfce and additional Ubuntu packages via the manifest files
in https://github.com/ucberkeley/bce/tree/master/provisioning/packages and
the bootstrap scripts,
