This test executes the following steps:

  1. Upload clinical metadata through gentestdata
  2. Upload a file through the gen3-cli
  3. Mutate the etl-mapping configmap & run etl
  4. Mutate the manifest-guppy configmap & roll guppy (to pick up the new ES indices)
  5. Login and access the Exploration page
  6. Assemble a cohort and export a PFB file
  7. Download the file and run assertions around the resulting JSON
