Ansible play for host configruation

The playbook https://github.com/ublue-os/forge/blob/main/setup/ansible/main.yml needs a play / role for the host configuration:

What is needed (list not complete....)

• Add *.ublue.local entries to etc/hosts
• Add tls root certificate to host
• - Import root certificate in Browsers like Fireforx, Edge etc.

Importing root certificate into browser is tricky because there are different variant such as firefox, edge, vivaldi etc. but also with and without flatpak or installed in a distrobox.. Covering all cases is very complex. I will open a dedicated issue for this. It won't be prio 1 for now.
