Element picker/zapper not working, but only on gelbooru. Site is NSFW.

A specific URL where the issue occurs

https://gelbooru.com/ (warning, NSFW)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate "element picker/zapper"
2. UI does not appear, webpage is unchanged.

Expected behavior:

Should see red boxes and highlighted elements, and I do on other websites.

Actual behavior:

Webpage does not change, no red boxes, browser behaves as though element picker wasn't clicked at all, but only on this one site.
