- examples script to generate test suite from (https://api.census.gov/data/2010/dec/sf1/examples.json) to match (https://api.census.gov/data/2010/dec/sf1/examples.html) - update yml to accommodate additional sumlevels - update request format for sumlevel error handling to address (or part) ridiculousness

Update test suite to accommodate those routes. Run a sample of specs.
