Encrypted docs and PDF support

Added support to use a provided password to decrypt OLE documents or PDF files. Command line version can use a -p password option to accept a password. Also added a dropdir option to export all decoded streams to a user provided folder.

Enhanced command line tool included

Added new features to the command line tool. quicksand -h for more info.
