This is for IE10 Metro on Windows 8, to override any padding that may be
in the style attribute of the body element.

Why is your diff the entire file?

Ugh, probably because I'm still new-ish to Git and had quite a bit of trouble trying to "fast-forward" my clone to the current state of this repo. The fixes are:

less/responsive-767px-max.less - lines 7-9 - Fix for IE10 Snap Mode
less/responsive-navbar.less - line 14 adds "!important" to the top padding.

Sorry about that. They used to have a button on the website that would let you catch up. Not sure what happened to it.

Most likly when the diff is the whole file your editor changed the line endings or something. You need to double check that and make a proper commit that only have your changes commited.
